Erin is passionate about discovering and supporting small to medium sized independent brands that have a sustainable mission and promote the slow fashion movement. Erin is the founder of ECM consulting, a fashion and brand consultancy that specializes in helping brands identify + harness their DNA, build & develop their product range and create tailored go to market strategies for success in today’s crowded market.

For nearly 30 years, Ellen Carey has been a behind-the-scenes force in fashion, art, and design. As founder of SEED Inc., she’s nurtured emerging designers, championed independent boutiques, and helped shape where creativity meets commerce. Known for her eclectic style and deep industry knowledge. She helped open Jeffrey New York, collaborated with MAC Cosmetics, Jonathan Adler, Irene Neuwirth and Ten Thousand Things. Ellen was a consultant to Geoffrey Beene, Alber Elbaz at Lanvin, launched the PR department at the original Barneys and brought Romeo Gigli to America.
